Our restaurant “hache ” provides artistic dishes used by Hokkaido products from Breakfast to dinner.
Our chef, who bears the tittle of Vegetables Sommelier, carefully selects Hokkaido local products and incorporates them in a French cuisine-based menu, which varies with each season.

We provides a salad corner with penty of fresh seasonal vegetables.
You can enjoy a buffet of local products with Western-Japanese style.

You can select one main dish from fish, meat or pasta on seasonal menu to be served to table.Hache offers you a wonderful lunch time with the variety buffet. 
There are about 40 selections including seasonal ingredients: salads, appetizers (hot and cold) , and desserts.

DINNER

You can enjoy French based cuisine in a la carte menu or course menu. It cooked seasonal ingredients in Hokkaido and all over Japan that the chef selected carefully.
